please note - this information is for purchases made from the & blanc website, not any of our physical retail stores. please see instore or on your receipt for the correct returns information.
Please note that Pre-order and Special order items cannot be exchanged nor returned.
before returning an order please contact us at email@example.com to let us know of your return. you must notify us of the request within 14 days of the order being dispatched and the product must be with us within that period. for international orders, you must notify us within 20 days. once this time period passes, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your garment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all tags. you will also need to return the original invoice.
For your own protection, you are advised to obtain proof of posting. we will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. any shipping charges incurred when returning the item are your responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
If your item is deemed faulty, damaged or defected we will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. in this event we will also refund you the cost of returning the item to us upon receiving proof of postage. if you do not require a replacement, we will refund you the total cost of the original order in addition to the cost of returning the item to us, upon the receipt of proof of postage.
Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please note that we will not refund additional duties, taxes or any additional charges you may have.
In the event of a size not fitting, we will be happy to exchange it for another size. you will be required to pay for the shipping of the returned item and Re-delivery fee. Please send along the relevant information with the product such as size, colour etc.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
